[SOLUTION] joomla + gallery2 rewrite url = (url rewriting)

For my site postcard collection I use joomla for the site itself and gallery2 for managing photos. The integration of the two was done until today thanks to the component gallery2bridge.

A problem has long bothered me. This component does not rewrite the url gallery2 photo gallery on the site when using sh404SEF.

I spent some time looking for a solution to have the url rewrite in gallery2 joomla and I even tried without success write a plugin for sh404SEF.

I think the solution is here: use the excellent component JFusion that integrates all kinds of programs in joomla (including gallery2).

for it to work you must activate the url rewrite in gallery2 choosing PHP mode (not tested with htaccess).
