If you must move during the treatment (work, outings ,...), it is essential that you have to put your thermos of juice and herbal teas.
In my case, I use 3 thermos: 2 large (sage tea and special tea mixed) and 1 small (onion soup)
-> Choose two colors for two large thermoses to distinguish Easily
teas -> Choose if possible with a small thermos container at the cap: it allows you to put your pinch of herb-robert Geranium on one hand and the 2 teaspoons of Marigold for further preparation
-> Before paying your teas in vacuum, rinse with very hot water to increase the shelf life of your hot teas (up to 24h)
-> Please do not offend your thermos that could break the heat seal your thermos. In particular, put a towel on the bottom of your bag on your vacuum to avoid potential shocks by putting your bag.
