This is tincture of Hawthorn. You'll find it in 2 equivalent Latin names: Crataegus laevigata
OR Crataegus oxyacantha (older name).
Take between 20 and 40 drops depending on your build, diluted in a little low mineral water (Mont Roucous, Volvic). It may be prudent to start at 20 and gradually increased to test for possible reactions. For my part, I am now 40 drops without a problem (I'm 1m81, 91 kg to date).
