Here's what I use to prepare all elements necessary for a day.
- 2 pans (to parallelize preparations)
- 2 containers with handles with a plastic lid to a first level filter
- 3 mug (and the same number at the office)
- 3 tupperware to collect herbal mixtures (kidney / special / sage)
- 2 thermos 1 l (for the sage tea and the special mixing)
- a thermos of 1 / 2 for the broth onions (models Thermos brand Hovac can store in an upper cap that I use a small content one hand for the geranium herb Robert that I prepare on arrival at the office and the other for marigold flowers)
- a small plastic bottle (for the tea for the kidneys)
- a bowl and a large spoon for the broth of onions
- two small fine tea strainers stainless steel (one for home and one for the desktop)
- a funnel
- A centrifuge (for juice, apple juice, incl that can take some points)
- A juicer for orange juice and lemon juice
- A kettle (easier to use in the office, even though it is recommended - not in the works on the Breuss cure - to prevent boil-water except in cases specifically provided)
- A backpack that allows to place the 3 + thermos bottle gourd + Breuss juice and take them on the workplace.
